Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored in Shopify’s data storage systems and databases, and within the general Shopify application. Your data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall.

Payment:

If you make a purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Transaction details are retained only as long as necessary to complete your order. Once the order is fulfilled, transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, created by major card brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements ensure secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

ARTICLE 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Generally, third-party providers we use will collect, use, and disclose your information only as necessary to perform the services they provide to us.

However, some third-party providers, such as payment gateways and transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we must provide to them for your transactions.

ARTICLE 6 – SECURITY

If you provide credit card information, it is encrypted via SSL protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry-standard safeguards.

COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies we use. We list them so you can choose whether to allow them:

  • _session_id: unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information related to your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).

  • _shopify_visit: no data retained, persists for 30 minutes from last visit. Used by Shopify’s internal tracking system to record visits.

  • _shopify_uniq: no data retained, expires at midnight (visitor location based) the following day. Counts the number of visits by a unique customer.

  • cart: unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.

  • _secure_session_id: unique session identifier.

  • storefront_digest: unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, used to check visitor access.

ARTICLE 7 – AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you declare that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given consent for any minors under your care to use this website.
