Terms of sale

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR CONSUMER CUSTOMERS

Article 1 – General Provisions – Scope of Application

  • These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern online product sales.

  • Any order implies prior and unconditional acceptance of the T&Cs, subject to French law.

  • Applicable only to individuals aged 18 or over acting for personal, non-professional purposes.

  • Professionals must contact the company directly.

  • The T&Cs in effect are those at the time of payment.

Article 2 – Contract Formation Online

  • The customer selects products, confirms the cart (first click), then accepts the T&Cs and validates the order (second click), which creates a payment obligation.

  • Order confirmation is sent by email with order summary, order number, terms, and withdrawal form.

  • If no confirmation is received, contact the company.

  • The company may refuse orders for legitimate reasons (non-compliance, suspected fraud, disputes, abnormal quantities).

Article 3 – Product Specifications and Availability

  • Product features and prices are displayed on the website.

  • Offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 4 – Product Prices

  • Prices are shown excluding taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees.

  • Prices may change at any time; billing is based on prices at order confirmation.

  • The customer is responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and VAT, which are not included in the price.

Article 5 – Payment

  • Full payment is due upon order confirmation.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards (France and international), PayPal (limit €1,000), vouchers and promo codes.

  • Orders may be suspended or canceled if payment is refused.

  • Anti-fraud checks may require identity and payment proof.

Article 6 – Delivery, Customs Clearance, Receipt

  • Delivery options and fees are communicated before order confirmation.

  • Delivery to the address or pick-up point chosen by the customer, who is responsible for providing correct information.

  • Customs clearance and duties are the customer’s responsibility; customs duties may apply for orders over €150.

  • Upon receipt, the customer must verify the product condition. Claims must be made within 3 days (excluding holidays).

Article 7 – Liability

  • The company disclaims any liability for accidents caused by improper candle use (e.g., unattended candles, candles on flammable surfaces, or within reach of children or pets...).
